The My Bikini Butt Program is a fairly new and popular exercise program created by Andrea Albright. This program’s goal is directed at women who are looking to lose body fat while simutaenously building a tight body and perky butt.
Unlike other fitness experts Andrea wasn’t always the in shape cover model for popular magazines like Womans fitness before. In fact, about a decade ago Andrea was overweight, tired, and unhappy with her body. She suffered from what she called the “obesity genes”, which in other words, means that she had genetics that were naturally predispositioned to store fat.
Basically, for a long time Andrea had tried various diet and exercise programs in the past and either would not see the results she was promised or would make some initial progress only to experience the dreaded rebound or “yo-yo” effect we know all to well. Where she constantly lost and gained weight, never making any real progress. Andrea also sought the advice of many personal trainers and pretty much got the same disappointing results as well. In addition, she tried various popular fat burning and metabolism boosting supplements only to again experience the same results.
So what did she do? Well, eventually at her wit’s end she took it upon herself to try and develop her own system tailored to her own body that would allow her to lose the weight she wanted, tone up her body, and enable her to actually keep the weight off for good. Utilizing the expertise and knowledge of various fitness experts and long nights of trial and error she developed an exercise and nutrition program that enabled her to eventually reach her goals–for good. On her new program Andrea had dropped 10 dress sizes and simutaneously build lean and curvy muscle tissue that she has successfully maintained for nearly a decade now.
For more information on Andrea Albrights exercise program you can check out this review of my bikini butt that we found. This review goes into Andrea Albright’s My Bikini Butt Program from the first hand experiences of a woman who has recently bought and seen results using this program.
Greek God Program
Our next program to discuss is known as the greek god program. Unlike the prior program this one is particularly geared towards men who are interested in attaining that “greek god” look. Otherwise known as a lean and chiseled-muscular and highly aesthetic body without too much mass (especially in the legs department). Essentially, this program aims to help you create the physique that popular bodybuilders from the 70’s had, such as Arnold Schwartzenegger, Franco Columbu, and probably the most likely to attain similarities too–Frank Zane.
The creator behind this program is Greg O’Gallagher who practices what he preaches. The program focuses on what Greg calls MEGA training and is basically training heavy and intensely less frequently than the common training programs you will find within the pages of most magazines. What makes this program highly effective is that it utilizes a lower freqency training which is ideal for natural bodybuilders. Too many people religiously follow the advice of workout programs plastered across the pages of steroid pumped bodybuilding magazines only to find out that they don’t get the same results.
For more information you can check out this greek god program review we found. Again, it goes into one bodybuilders exeriences with Greg O’Gallaghers Greek god program and how effective it was for him. Remember building muscle is challenging and time consuming so the more knowledge you can aquire on how to actually stimulate hypertrophy and fortify it with a good nutrition plan the better. Don’t miss this one!
Believe it or not people polish dirt for a hobby. People will make mud balls from scratch and then proceed to dry out all of the moisture in it. Following this they will coat the outer layer with very fine dirt; working it with their hands and continually polishing it. Eventually you will polish it enough so that it will shine — and make a great display piece for your window!
People on youtube or just for fun like to impersonate animals by trying to mimic certain animal noises as close to the real thing as possible.
However, there are actually contests around the world specifically for competitive mooing. Typically the contests are held in rural areas where farm land is more of the norm — go figure. With catchy competition titles like Moo-la-pa-looza located in Wisconsin you can expect to see grown men and women in cow costumes performing their best “moo’s” on stage.
No, this isn’t about heroine but the literal meaning this time. Many people actively engage in trainspotting. Basically, they watch for trains. Once they see the train go by they are sure to record the number of the train, along with the model and other characteristics. They go from region to region and gain a sense of competition by essentially “collecting” different trains by what they’ve seen.
Creativity and artwork go hand in hand, but this is definitely something most people have not heard of. People are now ripping the magnetic tape out of old cassettes and cutting and manipulating it to make various portraits and pictures. Despite this being rather obscure it is actually somewhat popular and “cool” to a select group of individuals who make some rather impressive displays out there.
I bet most guys wish that their manhood was a little more..ugh..manly? Well, there is actually a somewhat popular sub-culture of penis enhancement dudes and websites that perform various penile exercises in the hopes of getting a bigger dick. Yea…really. One such popular exercise in their repertoire is known as jelqing — which is where you perform a milking like motion back and forth along the “shaft” to assumably cause penile growth. Other popular methods include using rather expensive devices such as penis extenders. These are devices used for elongation of the penile shaft, and there are many websites out their about this. Heck, just check out this review of penimaster pro that we found. The guy running the site talks about his “gains” and experiences using that penis extender.
Competitive Dog Grooming
We all know that people are crazy about their pets, and that dog grooming is pretty normal. However, many people participate in competitive dog grooming; which isn’t just to make their pets look as clean or spiffy as possible, but rather to make them look as stupid as possible as well. Seeing pets that look like ninja turtles, pokemon, or various animals is not uncommon. The most popular organization that handles these contests is the National Dog Groomers Association of America, however, other organizations are forming as well.
This movie stars an astronaut who has to survive after being left stranded on a mission to Mars. The movie is based off of the novel by Andy Weir and stars famous actor Matt Damon as the astronaut who was left behind. This looks like a real sci-fi and definitely something I hope doesn’t turn out to be a disappointed and it seems like it could be a real good one given the supporting cast (Michael Pena, Jeff Daniels, Jessica Chastain), as well as the awesome screenwriter Drew Goddard, and the visual and techincal prowess from Scott.
Alex Garland’s movie Ex-Machina features a talented programmer who was selected to work for his billionaire boss up in his secret facility somewhere in the mountains. He finds out pretty soon that his boss has managed to create artificial intelligence in the form of a young woman named Ava. The programmers role is to test Ava in the form of a turing test to see if she can actually pass as being completely human.
Elysium ended up being somewhat of a disappointment from Neill Blomkamp after the great success of District 9. However, Chappie makes up for that.In the not to distant future finding yourself getting a speeding ticket or a gun pointed at you by a robot is not an uncommon thing. Intelligent robots are now the face of the police force going into dangerous situation in the place of humans. Chappie–an ex-police robot who was sent to the scrap heap for getting destroyed on the job, eventually finds himself waking up fully alive and intelligent after a programmer downloads AI software into him.Chappie enters this world just like a baby would–unaware of his surrounding and initially frightened by what he sees. Chappie grows up just like any human boy would; being extremely impressionable and whose personality and lifestyle is essentially shaped by the people around him.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron
Probably the most anticipated movie this year is Avengers. Think Iron Man, the Hulk and the evil Ultron going at it in an epic war against humanity. People might say this isnt much of a sci-fi but it does have aliens like Thor and artificial intelligence in the form of Vision and Ultron. Even the hulk is a genetically modified abonination. Expect a lot of explosions and special effects in this one.
Arnold is back. In these version of the Terminator John Connor is the leader of the human resistance. He sends Sgt Kyle Reese back in time to 1984 to safeguard the future by protecting his young mother. As always things don’t pan out the way they were supposed to and a host of bad events featuring killer robots and other problems finds their way in the path of the resistance. There is a scene in here where Arnold Schwartzenegger appears to be fighting himself from what he looked like in the 80’s. Pretty cool body double and face modifications they did.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Despite all of the names of the list and all other movies to be released in 2015, Star Wars will eclipse all of them in popularity and likely revenue as well. Most of this movie has been kept secret but we do know that Luke, Han Solo, and Leia have been reunited after over 30 years. New forces in the roles of heroes and villains are going to be showing their faces here as well.
